Honeypace

A study app for university and college students: a short daily session built on proven study methods, and a streak bee that grows from egg to queen as you study.

The loop: subscribe → finish your daily session → your streak bee grows → every first session of the day makes honey.
Connected to the Honeypace server: accounts, the AI, your decks, the streak bee, the hive and honey are real and saved on the server. Simulated for now: payments.

    How AI uses your uploads

    What the AI sees

    • Photos and PDFs you upload, read by Anthropic's Claude.
    • Lecture recordings, turned into text by OpenAI.
    • The text from them, which Claude uses to write your summary, and then your flashcards and quiz one part at a time.
    • With Pro: cards you ask to reword, your "Explain it" answers when the app checks them, and your brain dump, which is used to write your review questions.

    What we keep

    • Your materials library: the text read from your uploads, split into parts, and the cards and questions made from it. It stays on your account until you delete a material, a part or your account.
    • The files you upload aren't stored. They're read once and discarded.
    • If you don't finish making study material from an upload, its text is deleted after 24 hours.
    • Your brain dump is deleted from our server once it has been sent for your review questions.

    The AI companies

    They use your material only to answer our request, and under their API terms they don't train their models on it. They may keep it for a short time (up to about 30 days) for safety checks, then delete it.

    Please don't upload

    Other people's private information, like someone else's contact details or private messages.

    Deleting everything

    Settings → Account and security → Delete account. That removes everything above from Honeypace.
